Chef Elena Marchetti's five-course menu changes weekly and follows the alpine seasons — foraged mushrooms in autumn, smoked trout in spring, slow-braised lamb when the snow returns. Paired with quiet wines from small mountain producers.

Our all-day cafe sits on the south terrace with an unbroken panorama over the valley. Single-origin espresso, fresh pastries, light lunches and herbal tisanes from our own garden.
