Every meal is crafted with locally sourced ingredients—fresh apples from Harsil orchards, organic grains from Garhwal farms, and trout from the icy Bhagirathi. Dine by the riverside, under a canopy of stars, or beside our crackling fireplace.

Garhwali Specialties
Bhatt Ki Churdkani: Black soybean curry with jhangora (millet) rice. Aloo Ke Gutke: Spiced potatoes with local herbs. Mandua Ki Roti: Nutritious finger millet bread served with ghee.

Tandoori Roti: Classic whole wheat bread, fire-roasted. Garhwali Mandua Ki Roti: Nutritious millet flatbread (local specialty). Jeera Rice: Fragrant basmati rice tempered with cumin.
